I have decided that after indulging in Holiday treats for the last six weeks it would be in my body’s best interest that I go on a more natural somewhat raw diet for the next two weeks.
I am committed to eat only fruits, vegetables, nuts, berries and small amounts of fish and meat. I made this decision to eat like a bear because I’m just not feeling good physically. Maybe if I shed a few pounds and build my immune system up I’ll feel like a new man or if all else fails maybe I’ll hibernate until spring.
