Getting the garden started

A while a go we got some seeds started in the house.
Trying to catch up on all the photos.
So many fun things going on!

Silas' self-guided garden complete with wild onion he collects in the woods,
lettuce stumps from the compost and even an old onion
and sweet potato (no sprouting thanks bud nip)

Greetings and salutations ...

Happy 17th Birthday Echo!

We went to one of my old stomping grounds Brooklyn Heights to celebrate Echo’s 17th Birthday. We picked Armando’s Ristorante because of its atmosphere and its good food which was excellent.

The birthday man!

Terror-in the-Zoo Birthday cake

Then we took a walk to the promenade to see the skyline of Manhattan.
