Our family secret is out ... we got a snow eater in the family.

The old man gives it shot and impresses the boys with his distance and speed.

Old Man Winter arrives early - I

Wednesday it was 70 degrees.

Thursday in was 24 with sleet.

The ladies didn't mind the frozen ground.

No one wanted to sit on the brick.

Woke up this morning to at least 3 inches on the ground and by the time it stopped 

around 3 in was up to 6 + inches.

Needless to say the chickens came out in the morning, turned right back into the coop 

and stayed in all day to keep warm while we all went sledding, ate oatmeal, and had hot cocoa.
