The morning after ... continued

The brunt of the storm actually went around us. We live on a plateau and I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it but since we moved here most of the predicted weather seems to bypass our area.

We seem to get the beauty without the impact.

That being said we’ll probably get a blizzard/tornado/hurricane/ice storm/drought/ flood/solar eclipse/earthquake combo next week because I opened my big mouth.

Anyone have the number to FEMA?

The Bathroom … literally - Phase 1

I started construction this past week on what will be the bathing room. Being that our trailer is a construction site trailer and not a mobile home it only came with a half bath (toilet and a sink). The new room is two feet shorter than a standard bathroom and at 5’ x 5’ it will only house a 5’ tub and an additional toilet which will be installed after the walls are finished and painted.

Things are coming together, not as fast as we would hope but they are coming together.
