Time to stock up on water and the essentials for the potential arrival of Hurricane Irene, at least the local news has done away with the pre-storm drama and is taking a wait and see attitude.
I feel all and all the locals have hurricane plans in place and there’s not much of the panic of previous storms, for us we’re stocked up on Nutella and crackers along with Dr. Brown’s cream soda. Only kidding, we’re good to go.
It will most likely pass us and the only damage we’ll encounter will to be to my work schedule.
