Phase II of our new kitchen

Before

After

Notice the nooks for our safety gear

I purchased this $1000 Kohler Stainless Steel Farm sink at a salvage yard in Hollywood some 10 years ago for "weight".

It seemed that a worker on a job site got a small amount of orange spray paint on the inside of the bowl and the angry general contractor threw it in the dumpster.

The orange paint is now just a memory and I guess one man’s stupidity is another man’s gain.

I paid 17 dollars for it and it sat in my garage for all these years waiting for the right farm kitchen to live out its days.

The next phase will be the trim, running water, the faucet, the dishwasher, and over the stove microwave.

We’ll keep you posted.
