Flippin is a small town that has a super wal-mart, (capitalization omitted intentionally because I feel that box stores don’t deserve the respect that mom and pop places do) so we ventured out to make a supply run and came across this vintage jail next to an old house.
The interesting thing is inside there was a cot, a chamber pot on the floor, a small fire place, and a table with a Bible on it. They also had a mannequin dressed up like an old gold prospector next to the table. Very cool but I’d hate to be a prison there in any season.
