LegoLand

Last Friday, the family and I made a trip to Legoland in Winter Haven, Florida with a homeschool group from Broward County. Being part of a school group usually brings great discounts at many different venues so we were overjoyed that we didn’t have to pay the regular rate of $75 for adults or $65 for children for one day of fun. Our group secured a discounted price of $5.37 each person.

It was an enjoyable time for all and was well worth the five dollar and thirty-seven cents admission.

We drove up to Orlando the night before and stayed with our long time friends Paul and Candy and their children Ruby and Robby. Taking Robby and his cousin Casey with us to Legoland was a treat and started the weekend off with tons of smiles.

We spent the rest of the weekend at their home and headed back on Sunday. Our children mesh perfectly and played non-stop for three days. As always, it was a festive weekend with good food and great friends – an extremely refreshing weekend away!
